College admission representatives gain access to student profiles, allowing them to target potential students and communicate with them through the app. Students, on the other hand, can connect with college alumni, find like-minded peers, interact with them through messaging, and participate in special communities and group chats.

In addition, OptN provides support for current college students. It enables them to discover and connect with fellow students studying at the same university through student-run communities, interest and academic filters, forums, and more. College students can utilize OptN to find potential roommates, create class-wide group chats or communities, promote their organizations, and much more. The platform is also valuable for students considering transferring schools.
